What to Do If You Suspect Unauthorized Access

 What to Do If You Suspect Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, take action immediately.

First, change your password. If you still have access to your account, go to your security settings and update it right away.

Next, make sure two-factor authentication is enabled. If it is already enabled, review your device and login activity if that feature is available.

Then contact AndX Support immediately and state clearly that your account may be compromised.

Your support request should include:

  • The email linked to your account
  • Approximate time you noticed the issue
  • Any suspicious login activity
  • Any unauthorized withdrawal attempt or completed transaction
  • Screenshots, if available

Do not share your login credentials or 2FA codes with anyone.

AndX may temporarily restrict certain account functions while the issue is investigated in order to protect your assets.
