How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on AndX

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your AndX account and is strongly recommended for all users.

To enable 2FA, sign in to your account and navigate to the security settings section. Select the option to enable two-factor authentication. The platform will display a QR code and a backup key.

Open your authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or another compatible app, and scan the QR code. If needed, you can enter the backup key manually.

Once the authenticator app is connected, enter the time-based code generated by the app into AndX to complete setup.

Important security reminders:

Store your backup key in a secure offline location. If you lose access to your authenticator app and do not have your backup key, account recovery may require additional manual verification.

Never share your 2FA codes with anyone. AndX support will never ask for your authenticator code.

If you lose your device or access to your 2FA app, submit a support request from the email address linked to your account and be prepared to complete identity verification.
