If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Select Forgot Password, enter the email address associated with your AndX account, and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
When creating your new password, choose one that is strong, unique, and not used anywhere else.
Password tips:
If you do not receive a password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access the reset link, contact AndX Support.
For security reasons, some account actions may be temporarily restricted after a password reset.
If you did not request a password reset, change your password immediately, enable 2FA if it is not already active, and contact support.
