If your deposit is not yet visible in your AndX account, there are several possible reasons.
The most common reason is that the transaction has not yet received the required number of blockchain confirmations. Confirmation times vary depending on the asset and network conditions.
Another common reason is that the wrong network was used when sending the deposit. For example, sending an asset on a network not supported by the selected deposit address can prevent automatic crediting.
A missing memo, tag, or payment ID can also delay deposit processing for certain assets.

Recovery of incorrectly sent deposits may not always be possible and, when possible, may require manual review and additional time.
