Step 1: Check Your Transaction on the Blockchain

Use your transaction hash (TXID) to verify:

• The transaction was successfully sent
• The correct network was used
• The number of confirmations

If the transaction is still pending on-chain, it will not appear in your AndX account yet.

Step 2: Confirm You Used the Correct Network

For example:

• USDT (ERC20) vs USDT (TRC20)
• BTC vs wrapped BTC

If the wrong network was used, the deposit may require manual recovery.

Step 3: Check Required Confirmations
