How to Change Your Email Address on AndX
For security reasons, email address changes are handled through support review.
To request an email change, submit a support ticket from your current registered email address whenever possible. In your message, include the new email address you want associated with the account and a brief explanation for the request.
AndX may require identity verification before approving the change. Additional security review may also apply if there has been recent account activity, login anomalies, password resets, or changes to security settings.
To protect your account, email changes may take longer than standard support requests.
After an email change is approved, you may be asked to verify the new email address before all account functionality is restored.
