Account Recovery Process on AndX

If you are unable to access your AndX account due to lost credentials, 2FA issues, or other login problems, you can request account recovery through the AndX Help Center.

To begin, submit a support ticket and clearly state that you are requesting account recovery.

You will be asked to provide identity verification to confirm account ownership. This may include:

  • Confirmation of account details such as email, recent activity, or balances

For security reasons, recovery requests are reviewed manually. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the quality of the submitted information.
